Our latest chassis designs include screwless and snap-in-front panels. These smart, time-saving designs allow faster assembly and fewer production problems. We demand the highest quality raw materials available. While other manufacturers still use SPCC iron sheets, we prefer non-corrosive SECC galvanized sheet metal. By starting with superior materials, we can produce a final product that will maintain its quality finish throughout the manufacturing and assembly process. Electronic and Mechanical Assembly

FKI's assembly division is currently producing several products. Presently, PCTV units for ICL electronics are in production in Europe.

We have also cooperated in the production of PCMCIA products, Karoke machines, CD ROM players, printer assemblies, and various other mechanical and electronic sub assemblies. These products, as well as computer chassis, are assembled in our factories. Our other products include burn in and testing equipment for electronics assembly. Units with environmental and stress testing capabilities are also available. Fabrication

The sheet metal fabrication division is the most successful member of the FKI family. We have had opportunities to work with some of the most successful companies in the world, allowing us to become a leader in sheet metal fabrication. FKI's capacities exceed those of many companies that are 50% larger. Because we have improved our efficiency, we are capable of producing high volume, with minimum waste material and maximum production output. We have produced car parts, computer chassis, printer chassis and trays, vending equipment products and many other machine components. When it comes to sheet metal fabrication there is almost nothing we cannot do.
